Saumya’s Heat Seal Tester is professionally designed to evaluate the heat sealing performance of packaging materials, films, pouches, and other heat-sealable products under adjustable sealing speed, pressure and temperature conditions. The tester assesses the quality and effectiveness of these seals by measuring parameters such as seal strength and seal integrity to determine the ideal heat sealing parameters for given material.
Saumya’s Heat Seal Tester features precise temperature control along with pneumatic clamping for fast and accurate heat sealing. Embedded force sensors measure the force applied during sealing providing a value of seal strength.

Special Feature
Both sealing jaws are heated separately using high-density pencil heaters. Option of controlling both heaters at a single temperature using a single controller or at single / differential temperatures using 2 separate controllers for each sealer jaw.
The temperature controllers are not the regular on/off type temperature controllers. They are special P.I.D. Logic Temperature Controller for highest levels of control and repeatability.
